Need HELP

Its almost 2 1/2 months after interview in US Consulate Jeddah. After sixty days i make a case through telephone on 20th December 2014 and till todate there is no response. Can i once again send them email or please guide us. Is this normal or any problem

My question is i applied for B1/B2 Visit visa from jeddah Saudi Arabia. My interview was on 19th October 2014. Since than the status shows ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING. After Sixty day ie on 20th December i called customer care to know the status of visa at that time they said they created a case with the message hold case/221g & refusals/214b. Since 20th december 2014 still the message is same without any reply. i contact many time they said be patient you will receive a reply by email. Is this means visa rejection or still have a hope to get the visa. Can i send them again email to know the status.

Ok Mohammed.... your visa process may be rejected or you have to wait 10 days more from their reply process.... Had a hired any immigration consultants before applying the visa.... ?

i have checked CEAC website before 2 days it was mentioned as Administrative process date created 19 oct 2014 and updated 19 oct 2014 but just this morning i saw it is still Administrative Processing but the updated status was changed first time and it was 11 jan 2015 that means they updated some thing on my subject. Can you please let me know what could be the update.

Received my b1/b2 visa yesterday

I have checked ceac website before 2 days it was mentioned as administrative process date created 19 oct 2014 and updated 19 oct 2014 but just this morning i saw it is still administrative processing but the updated status was changed first time and it was 11 jan 2015 that means they updated some thing on my subject.
