Refilling the DS 156 form

Hi,
I have got an appointment for a certain date but it seems like I have made a mistake in the DS 156 form in the surname as I have mentioned "NONE" instead of "NA ".This Iam not able to modify therefore should I fill out a new application and will my existing appointment get cancelled filling out this new form?

Kindly answer my query.

You don't need to fill out new form because of those kind of matters. Just relax.
