Past experience for B1 visa application

Hi,
I am applying for B1 visa.
I have doubt regarding filling previous employments.

Here is my experience profile:

First company - 3.5 yrs
Second company - 10 months
third company - 10 months
Current company - 1.8 yrs

So, in the application it only allows me to add 2 previous employer.
Now, the total experience in current + third + second employment is only about 3 yrs.

so my doubts are:-
1) Does experience shown in B1 visa application matters or affects visa approval?
2) Do we need to show experience in decreasing order (latest to oldest)
3) Should I show experience from my first company instead of third.
