B1/B2 Visa application was refused under 214 (b) section..plz help

My application was refused on 16th March 2015..section 214 (b).

As it was 1st time i was bit nervous and confidence was also low.

VO: What is purpose of Visit
Me: For business meet of new project.
VO: What project?what is your role?
Me: I explained him (I think i made mistake by explaining him bit technical things)
VO: Sorry we cant approve your visa this time, you have not explained role properly.

So, reason for refusal is clear.
Can i reapply immediately (planning to apply on 1st week of April--15 days gap)
As mentioned in 214 b form, if you apply immediately with the same application, hardly your visa will approved.
Apply if there is significant change in your application (What are the significant changes i can provide?)
Actually i am married, have daughter and owned home.

Please help, appreciate your answers.

If you can wait up to 6-8 months and apply with new assignment, that would be the best choice. That way, you can prepare well and perform better.

On the other hand, VO mentioned particularly, that you didn't explain your role properly, so... denying the visa, you may try again immediately, if it is really important and urgent to you.

But there is no guarantee, that they will issue the visa even this time.

Yes, it happens in few cases. But, I'm not sure about your case. If you are confident, you can apply.

Yes, I am confident now. Wish i had gone through IMMIHELP earlier before applying 1st time for Visa.

Actually its very urgent to travel, else we will lose big contract.

You may try for it but, you should convince the VO in order to qualify for the visa.

How about if i go to Chennai Consulate for interview?
Coz my 2-3 friends first given interview in mumbai and got rejected.
Later within 3 weeks they went chennai consulate and got the visa.
