Received I-539 approval (I-797-A) but after expiration of validity period
Dear Friends,
1. My relative is on B1/B2 visa and visited US in July 2014.
2. His I-94 expired on Dec -25,2014.
3. He applied for Extension on 17th dec 2014 for the extension till Feb 10,2015
4. Got Approval letter (I-797A) on 27 april 2015 valid from Dec 25, 2014-Feb 10,2015.
Now my query are:
a) As my relative is still in usa. Does it mean that the period from 10 feb 2015 to till today is considered as over stayed.
b) Is there any consideration that approval letter received on 27th april 2015.
c) What is the best way now to save multiple entry visa so that he will come again to US.
