For B1 VISA:- Rejected on June1st

My Visa got rejected on june 1st she asked me only two questions
Can anyone give the answer for below questions

1.What should I say if I am going for training and reengineering the process?
2. why don't you take this training in india?

Why don't you tell us more about your background, then tell us how you answered their questions, then tell us what else you should have told them in hindsight.
