Edits required in DS-156 form

Hi,
I might need to do a couple of edits in the DS 156 form
1. Change the duration of stay from 4 weeks to 3 weeks. I'd filled in 4 weeks in the form but the invitation letter i got mentioned that i'd be staying for 3 weeks.
2. Change the name of the company paying for my trip to the one mentioned in the sponsor letter.
