Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip

This is my 3rd time applying for B1 VISA, previous 2 times went well.
However when I fill in th DS-160 fomr today, the column "Person/Entity Paying for Your Trip" only have 3 options for me: "self", "other person", "other company/organization".

I have always selected "company/organization" during my previous 2 application. Why is it now missing from my selection options? Is it OK to pick "other company/organization" while still put in my company info?

Yes. It says "other" now to conform to other forms, some which are filed by petitioning employers, goverments, and NGOs. In your case, you the individual is applying for the visa, so it is appropriate to say "other company/org" is paying the expenses for your trip.
