Agenda/ Schedule in US for B1 Visa-Urgent

Hi Friends,

I have my B1 visa interview scheduled for Monday. I had mentioned 4 weeks duration in DS160 and same says invitation letter . Can some one please help what agenda i need to prepare for if Consular asks what i will be doing for 4 weeks there? Many people suggested me to carry hard copy of excel explaining what is the agenda/Schedule planned for 4 weeks. Is that agenda should be for daily for 28 days or its should be week wise? I mean first week i have meeting with business to gather requirements and second week technical discussions like that. is this enough?

Can someone urgently help me in preparing this? Ideally what needs to be incorporated in this.

Your plans must be specific, realistic, and exclusively involve activities that are permitted under the terms of a B visa. I don't think it needs to be as granular as a daily schedule, but a weekly schedule is not granular enough.
