B1 Visa Refused @New Delhi

Hello,

My Salary - 14000/Month and my company is sponsoring for my training. should i reaply for visa ? and is my salary is the reason for refusal ?

i had interview for B1 visa before couple of days. and questions are as below.

1 - Why you are going to USA ?
Ans. Told the reason.

2 - Where do you work ?
Ans. ABC company.

3 - From how long you are working here ?
Ans. 11 months.

And she gave me 214B letter.
