B1 visa retained asking for further information in chennai

Dear Sir/Madam,
I work for a software company in India, so as a purpose to study some requirement, i need to visit our client's place in US.
So, I applied for a B1 visa on 25th july 2005 in a group appointment & it was refused under 214(b),
then I applied recently for B1 for an urgent visit, but i was given a questionnaire containing 14 questions to complete it. Officer told me that i need to answer those questions & send them in a mail, after which they'll resume processing my application & it'll take 4-6 weeks for processing.
So, I've sent the answers to their questions the immediate next day.

Can anyone tell me what is this state & what can i assume.

Query

Immihelp Admin, I went to Consulate on 5th Jan. & sent the reply on 6th.,
the automated reply was, not to contact them for 5 weeks. After which they'll get the status.

Has Anyone experienced a case similar to this.If so what was the result & what kind of processing will be done.

Documents with Travel Itinerary in DropBox

After 8 weeks I got information that administrative processing was completed for my B1 application,& now they've asked me to submit Ds-156,DS157 along with Travel Itinerary in DropBox because the previous itinerary date which i submitted during the interview is expired by now.
I've submitted the same on 3rd march.

Can anyone tell me how long will this process take.
