  • B1 Visa rejected two times/Can i re apply now?

    Hi,
My b1 visa got rejected twice 7 months back... first time rejected on (04-Sep) and second time(14-Oct). Reasons might be exp with current organization(3 months exp at second time rejection)..Now i have one year exp in current org. Can I re-apply?

    thanks

It's not about "time with company", but being able to overcome any presumption of you attempting to illegally immigrate to the US. Unless you can show to the consular officer enough evidence of your ties to your home country, it doesn't matter if you have been at your current job for six months or six years.

In other words: if you're from India, young, single, and with a regular job - good luck getting a visa. Get married, have kids, travel to the US alone - higher chances of getting a visa.
