reentry us after 3 month spent in homeland

Hello. Me and my wife holding b1 visa and my 3,4,10 and 14 years kids holding b2 visa. I want my kids to study in us public schools. So i have to spend around 9 months in usa. Then I'll go back to my country for 3 months.
Dose it okay to reentr the usa with out any problem or questioning ?
Or do we need to change our visa stuts? And dose it possible?

What you're trying to do is illegal. A B1/B2 visa only allows you to travel to the US for short (less than six months) periods of time. Does NOT allow you to work, live, attend school in the US. Don't do it.
