Hi guys, I'm from small country called Armenia, currently working in software company based in Mumbai. I have Indian employment visa.
    my salary 14.2 lakh
I'm working in this company more than 3 year. In Indian office 2 month.
    Unmarried.
is there any chance to get B1 visa?

    Thanks.

You have to show strong ties to your country of origin. You're from Armenia, working in India, applying for a US visitors visa. And have been in India for only two months. The question would be why.

If you can make your case (in the sense of: have a reasonable reason), it may work. However, if you have only been in India for two months, it's unlikely you can already take a vacation - so . . .

Actually 2 month with employment visa, before that I had 6 month business visa. Does it make sense to show that I'm co-founder of company?

And one wonders what an Armenian does in India, being one of the founders of a "software company" . . .

They're going to ask you why are you going to the US. They're going to look at your petition. They will check your passport.

The truth is that US embassies highly dislike issuing visas to TCOs - Third Country Originals - ie, people from country A living in country B asking for a visa to the US.

While you may have valid reasons (ie: business meeting) in the US - they prefer to err on the side of caution.

Try and let us all know.
