Hello everyone,
i was avictim of immigration fraud by the uk employer, my ex-boss is an As* H**e employed me for his recuritment compnay and asked me to work for his corner shop until our company office shifted to basement of same shop, i refused to do so he threat me to cancel my sponsership so i have no choice. i agreed to work and someone complaint on the shop and immigration arrasted me i told them truth but they did not belived me. so i filed Judicial review then i depatured volunterly before i departure i spent nearley 3 months in detention center. my case was still under review .my solicitor said that i was accused but not proven . i can come back to UK after 1 year if i leave the country volunterly so i did.
i have B1/B2 visa on my old passport which is valid, i have a friend who lives in chicago ( us citizen ) invited me to visit his family. i am planing to visit them sometime in september now my questions are.
when i was in detention center my both passports(indian) are with uk immigration will they inform to US immigration about my UK Immigration history. will UK immigration share immigration information with US ?
our solicitor said to me that it will not effect my US visa.
i just dont want to be struck in US immigration again please advise .
my b1/b2 visa is valid till 2019.
