Need your help to find out my B1 visa chances. thanks for spending time....

i140 approved in 2007
left usa in 2008

old company and no wife:
b1 refused 2012
b1 refused 2013

now company is changed, i have wife and 1 kid:
only 2-3 months completed in new company
