B1/B2 cancelled last year, need to re-apply....whats the best way to do?

Hey Guys,

I had a US B1/B2 Visa issues in 2008 from India.

I moved to Canada and visited US once in 2013 for months business meetings and stuff and stayed for ~4 months.

When I tried to go 2nd time in Jan 2013, my Application for Admission was Withdrawn and VISA was cancelled due to the following reasons:
- They suspected I was ding consulting work
- US company paid for my Apartment, Food and Transportation which is not allowed

I am currently working for the same US company as a Contractor.

Now here is what I am looking to do:
1. I am thinking of going to Vegas for 1 week in October
2. I may also be required to visit on Business Visa for couple of weeks in November

My concern is should I apply for B1/B2 VISA or just the Visitor VISA?
