Hi I had applied for the B1 Visa and got rejected on Aug 2015 without any specific reason . I am an exporter of high fashion garments and exporting goods to USA from the past 1 year on regular basis .
Now for some more business proposals I want to meet my business colleagues to finalise a very big contract.I have prepared all the necessary documents like bank statements, Invitation letter, 3 years ITR and all the documents to prove my financial viability.
But at the time of interview they only ask for passport only and some general questions like the purpose of travel, age, how long u r working with this company and I was really waiting when they will ask me to produce supporting documents.
But I was shocked when they returned my passport and said u r not eligible for getting visa.
Now pls advise shall I apply again under B1 or some other category as this contract is really important for my future.
But I really don't know how can I prove them that I have strong ties to my country.
