Hi,
I was holding B1 visa from April'2005 and travelled on the same for 2 times and came back within the I-94 expiration date.
Then I went to US on L1 then employer applied for H-1B, worked in US on H-1B for 2 employers. My last employer filed my GC as well and I-140 was approved.
I decided to come back to India for good in April'2015. I am working in a new company in India from July'2015 and they applied for my B1 visa. I went to take an appointment and after answering the question I was eligible for IWP (Interview Waiver Program). Is this correct? I completed my figure print round last week and now waiting for my B1 visa.
What are the chances that it will get approved or will I get a call for an interview?
