No surname in passport,need help to fill DS-160 form

Surname is blank in my passport and in given name-xxx yyy zzz
what should I fill in surname and given names in DS-160 form and what should fill in first name and last name while creating profile for visa application?

Fill your entire name in Surname and in first name write FNU.

If this is for a short B1/B2 Visit, this is fine. But if going to work/study etc., get your passport changed so that there is some last name. Otherwise you will have lots of problems later.
