B1 Visa rejected a year, can i recreate a new DS160 form

Hi,

I got my B1 visa rejected a year back (7 Apr 2014),

I've planned to reapply for a B1,

When i login to the site and click new application, it shows the old DS160 application (which i cannot retrieve to verify the details i've given a year back), As my travel were different.

I addition, where do i mention about my previous rejection
