My B1 visa got rejected twice

Hi,
My B1 visa got rejected Twice in a year, first time i was attended on feb 2014 got rejected under 214(b) and also i was applied again immediately after 2 months, again got rejected under 214(b) section in that period i had only 7 months experience totally i am fresher also . so now i have 1.2 years experience totally ..


1st time training duration 120 days.
2nd time - 90 days.


But this time they suggested 6 weeks only..

my salary is 1.85 lpa

then my designation is Engineer

shall i apply for this criteria again....?

Or want to wait for some more years...
