B1 Visa Reapplication - Need URGENT help please.

Hello Immigration Help,

My B1 got rejected yesterday.

I have been working with my US Based company from last 2 years and 4 months. I work as a CTO/Principal Software Engineer. Following questions been asked to me during my interview.

VO : Why do you want to go USA?
ME : I have some business meetings and technical discussion.

VO : What kind of meetings can you please explain sir?
ME : Explained that I need to do meeting with my client (Provided client name) and discuss their requirements and study their infrastructure to provide them better solutions.

VO : What does your company do ?
ME : I provided information stating "we provide so and so services".

VO : We means who ?
ME : Provided my company name.

VO : What is your designation in your organization ?
ME : Principal Software Engineer ( I did not say C.T.O. as i forgot to mention that in my DS-160)

VO : I can see that you traveled to Australia, can you tell me for what purpose you went there ?
ME : I went there for studies.

VO : What kind of studies ?
ME : To study Business Management.

VO : Can you describe your course in detail ?
ME : (Tried to provide my Australia Degree, VO refused to have look on that) I explained my course in short description.

VO : Sorry sir I can not approve your visa at this time. and handed over me standard refusal letter 214(B).

My employer have scheduled our meetings with our clients in U.S. with a very tight deadline in 2nd week of October 2015. And I have to be there.

I have following factors related to my situation
1. My monthly income is 2.3 lacs per month right now.
2. My Junior appeared for the same Visa on the same day just standing right next to my VO window. He got the visa and I was rejected. I have to be there along with my junior to make this trip successful otherwise it would be no of use for him to visit our headquarter in USA.
3. I was rejected for M1 visa in 2008.

I want to reapply for the Visa can you please advise what went wrong in this so that I can improve those affected area and re appear for the visa ASAP.

Would it be good to mention that I would be traveling with my Junior who was just approved Visa ?

Can you please advise me what exactly I need to improve, so that I can reapply for the Visa give it a try before cancelling all the scheduled meetings in USA.

Just an advise

In my opinion the problem was in your answer when you said that would go to the United States for meetings and get customer requirements, because if your company has a customer in the United States but your company and you is NOT based in US means that your job can be done remotely. So, why these kind of meetings could not be by conference call?

Next time you would say like me: I need to go there to receive all day long training and participate of some workshops, as I'm one of the principal engineers I need to learn more about the client there and came back to my country and make my job remotely.

So, now you are showing your intention to return to your country, that your purpose to go to US can not be done remotely (as is long training and workshops) and that you is one of the principal persons to go there.

I did this on my B1/B2 application and I got the VISA, also, the 02 times that I enter in US i said the same and the border office gave me 06 months to stay on my I-94. All you need to show is your intention to came back and how important is to be in person in US.
