Guide me for obtaining B1 visa successfully

Dear sir,
I am 43 years old single.Agriculture is my primary occpation, i am holding 20 acres of agriculture land worth around 10 crores. I was in garment export business from the year 2006 to 2011 a partnership firm (including me there are two partners). We were exporting our goods(knitted garments) to US,Spain and UK in those years,currently there is no activity in my firm.
My friend is working in a seafood importing company in US for last 20 years is giving me invitation to visit US for 15 days to explore and study. We have a plan to start a subsidiary company in US and a parent company in India,this company will import & export seafoods to US. I have my personal IT papers and bank statements for the last three years,my personal IT papers for the last three years reflects my revenue of around 10 to 15 lakhs per annum. By above said scenario i had decided to apply for B1 Visa.Kindly guide me the real challenges & prospectus of obtaining B1 visa in my case.

Property papers are immaterial many times. What matters is age, actual income year on year, family, reason for travel. Your income seems to be on the borderline, how about family?

Dear Raghvi,
Thanks for your time & advice, Annual income of 20 to 25 lakhs will be a convincing figure (for consulate people)? I live along with my mother here, my only sister got married. How serious will they (consulate) be able to consider my plea of visiting US for business meeting to explore the prospects in seafood exports FOR A NEW COMPANY? Tourist visa is advisable in my case? Kindly suggest if I had any other better option.
