b1/b2 visa please help

hi i need to travel to US for the below mentioned schedule for businiess ,meeting.
October 19, 2015 through November 20, 2015
November 30, 2015 through December 18, 2015
January 4, 2016 through January 15, 2016

1) My question is putting all these 3 schedule would create issue in processing my visa?
2)Secondly if i put only the first schedule in the invite letter ( Is it ok?) and subsequently after getting the initil visa, i could get another invite for the second and third visit.
3)is the b1/b2 visa granted is bydefault multiple entry or i need to specify it somewhere, i could not find any option while filling DS-160

Validity

Most of the Business Visa's are approved for a period of 6 months to 10 years but your stay is limited to a maximum of 90 days per visit i.e. you can travel multiple times to US within your eligibility period but the immigration date stamped is always punched for a 90 day span ( you can extend if you have reasons with associated paper work in US if needed). So it's nothing to do with the schedule you plan. Just show the 1st schedule you made on the DS-160 as things can change. Make sure you explain the VO that you may travel more than 2 time in a year (if asked, The VO will ask if he thinks to mark 'single' entry) so the entry type on you visa is made 'M' which stands for multiple. There will be no fields in the DS-160 to opt this area.

Need to go B1 VISA while H1B pending with RFE

Hi

I am planning go for B1 VISA with current employer but I was waiting for H1B RFE response review which is different employer.
Will it be fine to go for B1 if yes what is the answer for below question while filling DS160 form?

Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

Should I mention here that I applied H1B with new employer and waiting for RFE response or we can say NO ?

or no issues until H1B approved?

Please help me to proceed further.
