2 days only Administrative processing then got a call to drop off my passport?

Hello,

I have an Interview like 4 days ago @ the US embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus for a B1/B2 visa, The consular said that it has to go through Administrative processing and gave me a paper, They did not retain my passport..

2 days later, the consular called me and said that my visa is ready to be issue and that I should drop off my passport at the embassy, I did so, however they can't tell me when it would be ready, Does it mean the AP just started? confused here, anyone has an idea?

I think they are ready to issue it. Just do it.
