I have sent a young man $350 for a visa application fee to the US. Now he is asking for $1300 for a agent to help with the visa. It this just a scam?

How about you give details for the visa application you are trying to do. And $350 for visa fee is way too much let alone $1300

Most people will say it's a scam. You are the one who has been in contact with this person and you are questioning whether or not it's a scam. If it looks like a fish and smells like a fish..... it's more than likely a fish.
