B1 Visa denied

Hi,
I had an interview today. Below are the questions asked

Me: Good Morning
VO: Hi, Passport

Me: Handed Over

VO: What is the Purpose
Me: Explained business meetings with customers and to meet our group office sales team

VO: Your designation
Me: Asst. Manager Business development

VO: Your salary in month
Me: said (I had left it blank in DS 160 form)

VO: Your experience with current employer
Me: 7 months

VO: For how long
Me: 4 weeks

VO looking at my expired visa

VO: Is your husband back (he is on H1 in USA)
Me: No, he is still working and would be back once he finishes his project

I think she did not go through my renewed visa which was stamped recently

and gave me 214b form. Visa was denied

Can I understand the reason pls.

I want to apply again and want to get prepared

Reason could be - Short period of employment with current employer.

Where is your husband and what's his visa status?
