B1/B2 Visa-Annotations-Urgent

Hi,

I have B1/B2 visa valid till 2009 with annotation (name of the organization i worked with earlier) and with multiple entries. This was processed by my previous company. But right now I am changing the company and the new company wants to send me to U.S.A with the same visa. Is this visa valid to travel through other company? Is annotation of any issue because it has name of my previous employer.
This is very urgent and need to seek your advice.

Immihelp Support is absolutely correct. It's illegal to use this VISA as you're no longer with that company.

My USA Visa (B1/B2) valid of 10 year multiple entry annotation says Clearance received & date
Dose this means i have any problem in traveling to USA ? my visa is stamped when i was working with my previous company now i have changed my company
