Somebody Please suggest me urgently

My B1 visa application was rejected in 2007.
Now My company wants to send USA next month. I will Explain my past and current situation here

2007:- Un married, No forien Visit, No tax payer, Less salary, Designation Asst manager, Applied for 2 weeks, Working 2 years from same company

2015:- Married, One Kid, last 5 years 4 times Japan visit & 1 UK visit, Tax Rs 50000/ anum, Salary Rs 9 Lakhs/Anum, Designation-DGM, Working 11 years in Same company, Applying for one week.

Please suggest that what are chances of getting Visa this time! Please urgent

Let me share my experience, I went for B1 today and below is past.

1. F1 visa rejected twice in 2007.
2. B2 visa rejected twice in 2013

But that is past, today my B1 visa application is approved in hyd. below are the questions I was asked.

Q. What Company you work?
Q. Since how many years in this company?
Q. Which place are you going?
Q. Trip Duration?
Q. Purpose of visit?

Answered all questions straight to the point.

Here comes the golden words, "your visa is approved".

I don't see any B1 refusals today as i have talked to few guys, SO Be confident and All the Best....
