Hello,
I was in USA for 9 months with a B2 visa (I asked for an extension and I didn't receive the decision yet, but I left the country as I said to USCIS)
In these 9 months I created my own company and I'm trying to do some business in my country and also in USA, but I don't want to live in USA, but because of my company is in USA, I need to go and come back every X months
I came back to my country only 5 days ago, so I don't if I now is a good idea to ask for the visa or if it's not ( I want to go to USA on june )
Should I ask for the visa now? Then if they accept my case, can I ask for a multiply visa? or everytime when I want to go there I must pay for the new visa?
Somebody told me about E2 visa but I don't have any intention to live in USA, so I think the best type of visa for me is B1 Visa, what do you think?
