B1 Visa refusal twice

Hi,

Please need urgent help on B1 visa.
Recently i visited in Hyderabad Consulate applied for B1 visa duration of my visit is one week but refused for two times.
Now i need to re- apply again please do help me with positive points.
I do have letter from my company in India.
Invitation from US company
I was visited KSA, Qatar for work purpose

Please help me to advise.

first interview was on 14-01-2016

Me: Good Morning
VO: GM

VO: Why you want to go US?
Me: Explained Business visit

VO: Which company you are working?
Me: Name of my company

VO: I didn't heared about your company is this new company?
Me: I said no & tell the brief about the company

VO: where you are going to stay in US?
Me: I said the hotel name & brief information.

VO: number of employees working?
Me: I tell numbers

Then he type something on his computer and then said sorry this time i can't approve your visa.

What should say & what should not.

VO: Why you want to go on Business visa
Me: I explained ...

VO: which company are you working?
Me: Answered

VO: Why you chosen to attend event in Florida before you applied for Texas?
Me: I explained the reason

VO: who many employee in your company?
me: say the number

VO: he writes on his computer and say sorry cant approve your visa this time.

I think first time i applied for texas and second time florida may be due to this they refused but both time same US company. because the event is for 3 days
which get over till i get my passport. therefore my company had applied with differ place. Now i need to know if i re-apply what must be care in order to succeed
