B1 to L1 COS

My I-94 expired on march 15th and my company not applied my L1 visa yet, they are planning to file petition in march first week, around 4th, so is it a good thing or it's risk on my B1 visa?, I am on b1 visa form last Oct-2015 at client side to understand the process and for new system.

Please suggest me I need URGENT help!
