hello all guys. .. i have thought to apply business b1 vissa ... ..but here small issue . my company is not pvt ltd.. for business visa company has needed pvt ltd?? or its doesnt issue??? i have also USA COMPANY invitation latter... so pls help me

Doesn't matter. Just prove that you are your purpose of the trip is genuine. if the VO likes it, he will grant you the visa (not vissa).
