How to go to INDIAN Embussy with my USA partner

I got two rejecctions on B1.

So, this time my partner (US Citizen) coming to INIDA for me to support my case. Any idea how he can help me getting B1 this time?

Your partner can provide letter that will be helpful but Visa office evaluate each applicant individually based on ties back to home country, your financial documents etc.

As per my understanding even though your partner comes to India, he/she can't attend interview with you so it's useless.

What is the purpose of visit to the U.S.? If you have a U.S. partner, the embassy may be thinking that you may go there and settle down. It may be useful to get a letter from your partner that you are not planning to settle down there anytime soon. If you plan on getting B1 to go to the U.S. to get married, you should be getting a Fiance visa and not a B1. If you both are legally married, you should just apply for the U.S. Green Card.
