I am eligible for the interview waiver program.
When scheduling the appointment from the website, it did not let me setup a visa appointment, I was given a OFC appointment.
What is the procedure for interview waiver program?
Where/when do I submit the passport?
I have my OFC appointment in Chennai.

Passport will be collected at Chennai OFC

as you are eligible for Interview waiver program your passport will be collected by them at OFC Chennai only please be there with Original Passport (latest + old if any)/appointment confirmation printout/DS 160 Receipt print out.
