The CEO of the company I work for (in Canada) is looking to open an office in California and move there for 1-2 years to run the office until the company grows enough that he can hire someone to run it for him.
He is a Canadian Citizen, has two advanced degrees (Masters of Engineering and Masters of Business Administration) and carries the PEng designation in Canada.
What would be needed for him to be able to pull this off? He would only be needing a visa for himself (no family) to run his company.
