Travel to USA on Old Organization Business Visa

Hi,

My Sister has a Business Visa from Employer X. Now, she is working for Y organization.

My Parents are visiting to USA on B2 visa(I sponsored them for tourist).Can My sister travel with them for USA,as she already have B1\B2 Visa? (or) She need to go for fresh tourist visa with my sponsorship like my parents?

As long as her visa is annotated b1\b2 she may visit.

Also bear in mind you did not sponsor anyone's tourist visa. There is no such requirement for a B visa, unlike a requirement for an employer sponsoring a H1b. B2 visa applications are standalone applications with an adjudication determined primarily based on an applicant's credibility.
