    Exit Date?

    I have a B1 in lieu of H1B visa which is expiring 24 August 2016
    My customs stamp is dated - exit date 18 December 2016.
    What date must I leave the US, the visa date or stamp date?
    If I leave by my stamp date, would this affect my next visa application?
