Hi, I had applied for B1/B2 visa in 2013 and it got rejected twice. Also, my grandfather had applied for an I130 petition for our family in 2008 and I had mentioned the same in my DS 160 form as well. But, as under I130 children above the age of 21 are not eligle under this category.
So can I apply for a B1 visa as I have to go to US for a business meeting and I have been working with a company from past 2 years as an auditor.
Also, do I need to mention in the DS160 form that I'm not eligible under I130 applicant category ?
My grandfather has come back to India on a permanent basis due to his health conditions.
Please help as I will be going for an interview soon.
