My H1B VISA has been pending with 221G since 21st Nov 2014. My employer has submitted required document but there is no update on my case and its still pending.
Last update on CEAC website is, https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do
On July 28, 2015, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number **** **** **** *, for review. We are reviewing it, and will notify you by mail when we are done. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Now I will be going for fresh B1 Visa stamping with my new employer. In DS160 what should I write for Have you ever been refused a Us Visa in Ds160?
Please let me know.
