You dont have a very strong reason to return back to India. With very little to show in terms of annual income, and something which you just need "phone and internet to manage", plus having relatives in US, as well as past of being away from home country for long, all points to an immigrant intent.

    Few things can help
    1. Post Tax annual income of over 15 Lakhs Per Annum, provable through IT returns.
    2. Marriage and kids
    3. Stronger business model and longer business history duration.
    4. Travel to neighboring countries preferably for your business.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
