Hi,
I applied for B1 visa to attend a conference but my application ended up in administrative processing. As a result, I could not attend the conference because my application is still being processed. Few days ago, I received an email that states I should update my travel plans.
I am planning on attending another conference in April. However, the registration is not open yet. Can I update my travel plans now without an invitation letter from the new conference? Or, should I wait for the conference registration to open in January to update my travel plans? Will my application stay active if I choose to wait until the conference registration opens in January?
P.S: I applied for B1 visa in July.
