Hi there. First time post, so apologies if this is in the wrong place.
I currently have a B1/B2 visa and a friend in the US has asked me to assist them with a counselling session. I understand of course that I can't be employed by a US company. But is there any way to pay someone a gift or honorarium who is a foreign national visiting on a B1/B2 visa?
Want to make very sure I don't fall foul of US law!
Thanks for your help.
