Travel on B1 without business Reason

Hi,
Can you tell me What are the risks involved in travelling on B1 Business Visa to US without a business reason.
I have no intention of living there.
Assuming I pass through Port of Entry if I stay in US on B1 and will not be paid anything like per diems ...
Will USCIS get to know?

What is your purpose of travel? Typically B1 has a dual intent B1/B2 that is Business or pleasure. So if your visa says B1/B2 instead of only B1 then it will depend upon the reasons you give the officer for your travel into US.
