B1 for attending conference

I am from india and want to go to usa on b1 to attend famous international conference in las vegas. i have 3.5 years of total exp in my field and 13 months with my current employer. my entire trip is sponsored by my employer and i have no relatives/friends in usa and i am married and having 1 year old baby. what will be the chances that i get the b1 visa?
