B1 visa with H1 approval

Hi,
I have an H1 approval notice from a company A, have also taken a visa appointment. Meanwhile, the company I currently work for wants me to visit the US on a B1 visa.

Please let me know if I can apply for the B1 visa with a H1 approval notice in my name. Should I cancel the appointment for H1b visa.
Will this lead to any kind of complications in the future.

H1b Visa

Hello ,

I have completed ny B.Com., graduation from Madras University with

8 yrs of experience in Medical Billing of USA(BPO , Operations Manager).

Presently I have the convocation and provincial certificate.

My company is taking up the process of filing the H1B visa and my company

is also present in USA for the past 6 yrs.

Will i pass thru or i require any other additonal information.
