Hello,
I am currently filling form DS160 and have some query regarding employment history?
- I have worked for a US based MNC in India from 2009 to 2016
- In 2016 Q4, my company transferred me to Canada (I actually applied for Canadian PR, so my company just transferred me). I am currently a Canadian PR Holder.
Now since my company's office is in US, they want me to travel on B1 Visa. In form D160, there is a question "if you were previously employed in last 5 years", since back in India, I was employed by the same employer, I am not sure whether I should answer it "yes" or "no", my job responsibilities and everything is same, its just office change.
