Will B1 be approved soon?

I received this email: "To complete the administrative processing of your application for a non-immigrant visa, you are requested to submit your passport at a VAC conveniently located to you, along with the 221g letter and a printout of this email." The title of the email was: "Additional Administrative Processing; Passport Submission".
I had received a 221g after my visa interview on 16 Feb.

Does anyone know if I will get my visa next week? This urgent as I am invited for a interview at a University and they will not wait if I cannot travel next to next week at the latest.
