Hi All,
I been rejected in the 1st attempt of B1 Visa interview on June 20th 2017 at Chennai consulate, I was very nervous and didn't answer well that i realized after my rejection
There was a family before me for the interview and they took a long time, I believe their visa is rejected, i was standing behind them getting ready for turn, i noticed the counselor she was very pissed and took big breath before she called me, this is how it went
Me : Good Morning
VO : Good Morning, Your Passport Please
Me : (I gave my passport to her)
VO : Purpose of Visit
ME: I travelling to my onshore office to get trained and also give training to my onshore department
VO : what kind of Training
Me : i didn't understand and gave the same answer
VO: She asked me with bad reaction on her face (What kind of training) again, i saw that she got pissed of with me at that time
Me: I'm getting training on so and so process and also giving training on so and so process
VO: Why can't u get trained from here
Me: That is my business requirement
VO: What i your companies name
Me: So and so Company
VO : How long you will stay there
Me: 7 day only
VO : Are u married
ME : No i'm Single
VO : How long you been working in this company
ME : Since 1st October 2015
VO : Which is how long
ME : one and half year
VO: What is your annual salary
ME : 54500
VO : How much in Per annul
ME : 650000
VO: what is your previous Company experience
Me: XX Company from Sep 2012 to Sep 2015
VO: Before that
Me : XX Company from 2010 to 2012
VO : Why did u switched these many companies
Me: Carrier aspiration and added saying i want to work for Mortgage process and which i started initially and moved to Health care and again moved to Mortgage
VO : Do you have properties
Me: No (In-spite of saying yes i made a mistake of saying no) reason is i lost dad in the month of Oct'2016 and i'm in process of inheriting my part of share from my fathers property, hence i thought it will not be appropriate to say yes
VO: Your visa is not approve this time
ME: i asked her what is the reason she gave me a form checking 214(b)
I clearly understand that i didn't do well, i'm requesting my management for reapplying for this Visa, Please help me out to clear my 2nd attempt i'm preparing myself reviewing the feedback from this site, i need more support and knowledge to clear my 2nd attempt, Please help me.
